Patient-reported Compliance
Patients are prompted through a simple yes/no confirmation, to confirm they completed a step - whether it is a dietary, medication, or prep.
If the patient is compliant, they show as a green indicator on the dashboard. Non-compliant patients show with a red indicator.
Providers can instantly message the patients from Nanci, letting them know if they need to be rescheduled, or how to preserve their appointment and get back on track.
