This error means the email address you are using to sign up is different from the one you provided your doctor at discharge. Be sure you are using the same email address provided at discharge.
Or, it also means you do not have a participating doctor. If you just installed Nanci without a recent discharge or participating care team, you will receive this error.

If your “continue” button is greyed out and does not allow you to login, be sure to use the correct password for Nanci.
If you do not remember your password, simply use the reset feature to create a new one.

This is a new feature we will be adding in the future.
For now, the only entries patients need to enter are when answering a prompt from Nanci.

Feel free to provide current wellness to your care team. Wake up from a nap and feeling better? Great! Go ahead and update your wellness.
Wellness reports are across all procedures, so if you have multiple recoveries, the care teams at each provider will see the same wellness.

Unfortunately, only participating hospitals and facilities can use Nanci with their patients.
Send your doctor our information we we will work with them to get Nanci in place for their patients!

You will receive a temporary password at the email address you provided to your medical team at discharge.

A care delegate is someone that you (as a patient) trust. When you add this person as a care delegate, they can see your answers in Nanci, and can also answer questions on your behalf.
You can add or remove a care delegate at any time from the account settings section of Nanci.
