Use patient-sourced images to identify potential complications
Using Nanci’s native image capability, prompt patients to add photos post-surgery to rule out septic risks.
If the photo is concerning, intervene immediately via message to schedule the patient. Or, if the photo looks good simply send a positive message to give comfort to the patient.
Nanci will provide guidance to patients
Pain higher than it should be? Redness or swelling present? Based on a patient’s responses to Nanci, the app will give the patient guidance to call their provider for more information and instructions.
Use Nanci to monitor for medication complications
For patients on a new med, assign a protocol that monitors them, for specific side effects, and Nanci will give them instructions should a concern arise.
