Meet Scott.

The majority of Scott’s career has focused on Lean Six Sigma - eliminating waste, and improving quality.

Through his time at IBM, Microsoft, Intel, Nike, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield, he has introduced new technology and processes to do just that.

As a contractor for the US Army, Scott was embedded with the 59th Signal Battalion in Alaska, where he and his team designed innovative applications for niche issues the Army was facing with deployments and supporting soldiers’ families back home. Scott reported direct to SECDEF for this work. They won the e-Initiative award that year from the Army.

At Intel, Scott managed a development team that followed the Sun - with developers in Portland, Beijing, Mumbai, Warsaw, and Dublin.

Scott holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Notre Dame, and a Green Belt from Villanova. He did undergraduate studies at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Scott is the Co-Founder of Gather Coffee Company with locations across East Tennessee. They have 30 employees and generate over $1.3M per year in revenue.

He, his wife, and two children live in Oneida, Tennessee and they spend lots of time at their favorite place - Medellin, Colombia.
