Lean6Health Secures Seed Round of Funding

Lean6Health has received a significant investment of seed funding from a private investor group. This round of funding will position Nanci deep into revenue territory with new accounts already lining up for launch.
Nanci is Lean6Health’s flagship technology that supports patients with personalized, timely information to support them in their most vulnerable times - care transitions.
Whether preparing for a procedure, or recovering from home, Nanci improves patient compliance, increases provider revenue, reduces readmissions, and provides patients with the support they need.
Lean6Health Completes Phase 1 of Pilot
October 2023
In the ultimate test of operationalizing our new technology - Nanci - within a hospital environment, L6H and Big South Fork Medical Center successfully completed phase 1 of their pilot.
This pilot allowed us to test how Nanci would logistically work within the Emergency Department and Med-Surg units. We were able to design more efficient processes and also identify gaps that we needed to address, like with any new technology.
We will launch phase 2 of this important work in Q3 of 2024.
